We specialize in custom and multi-family residential homes, commercial design: restaurant, offices, retail, schools, church, and cohousing design. We offer full design services including architecture, development assistance, master planning, landscape design, 3D modeling, interior design, cost control, and construction management.  Rodwin Architecture also provides full design/build services on select projects.

Rodwin Architecture’s projects have won numerous sustainable design awards, and we constantly endeavor to bring the maximum quality and value we can to every project.  Our work has been published in Colorado Homes and Lifestyles Magazine, Environmental Design and Construction Magazine, Natural Homes Magazine, and Architectural Record.

Rodwin Architecture has worked on projects around the Denver metro area including Cherry Creek, Lafayette, Louisville, Greenwood Village, Highlands, Lodo & the Platte River Valley; and all around the Front Range and the state of Colorado including Boulder, Rifle, Vail, Gold Hill, Grand County, Estes Park, Allenspark, Larimer County, Boulder County, Colorado Springs, Guffy, Den Norte, Golden, Wolf Ft. Collins, Eldorado Springs Canyon, Niwot, Longmont, Gunbarrell. We have also worked on projects throughout the United States and North America including California, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Mexico.  We have even recently master planned an entire island in Secondlife.com called Etopia.

We work in every type of construction including stick framed, steel framed, heavy-timber framing, post-tension concrete and tilt-up.  Additionally we have experience with a number of alternative methods including strawbale, Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF), Structural Insulated Panels (SIPS) and modular, manufactured and panelized construction.  We have worked with a wide variety of sustainable design systems including active solar (photovoltaic (PV) and solar hot water), passive solar, geothermal, wind and are knowledgeable regarding Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) issues.
