Rodwin Architecture is proud to announce the promotion of three of our fabulous staff to Associates in the firm. Blake Sullivan, AIA, Kirsten Heitfeld, AIA, Shannon Wehner, AIA, have all done an amazing job creating beautiful designs, navigating complex permitting processes, and shepherding their teams and projects to completion. They all care deeply about their clients, give tremendous attention to the details and hold a calm center to keep their projects on-track. Within the firm, each of them has strengthened our culture through mentorship and leadership, elevating the work we do together.
They also give back in meaningful ways to the broader design community and the profession:
Shannon Wehner, AIA has served as Co-President of the Colorado Green Building Guild, leading the organization through a period of significant growth and expansion.
Blake Sullivan, AIA is Co-Chair of AIA Colorado’s Custom Residential Knowledge Network (CRAN), supporting excellence in custom residential architecture across the state.
Kirsten Heitfeld, AIA serves as Treasurer of AIA Colorado’s Committee on the Environment (COTE), advancing climate-responsive design and sustainable building practices.
We’re deeply grateful for their talent, integrity, and commitment to sustainable architecture in Colorado—and we’re excited to see their continued impact as Associates at Rodwin Architecture.
