Kirsten Snobeck
|
|
Kirsten Snobeck, Associate AIA, LEED AP, is an Associate at Rodwin Architecture. Her interest in sustainable architecture was first cultivated while studying abroad in Denmark, where she was exposed to the environmental and community benefits of co-housing and architecture that treads lightly on the earth. Designing custom homes on Nantucket brought the challenge of creating architecture within a fragile ecosystem and unique historical fabric. While on the east coast, Kirsten participated in green building and solar design workshops at Yestermorrow Design/Build School. Her desire to design truly sustainable buildings prompted a move out west, where she joined Rodwin Architecture in 2007. She currently volunteers for Habitat for Humanity’s Metro Denver & Flatirons chapters. Kirsten received her Bachelor of Science in Architecture with Honors from the University of Virginia in 2004. |
